    The Skinny Rules: Everyone needs a reminder
    I have this book, but haven’t had time to read the actual book. However, I was going on a trip and decided to listen to the audiobook first. I’ve been into nutrition for quite some time and have lost 100 pounds, so a lot of the information presented was stuff I already knew. Nonetheless, I think it was a great reminder of what I need to do to stay where I am. Overall, I really enjoyed the audiobook and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to lose weight or who has already done it and wants to keep the weight off.

    This book gives very distinct rules that are attainable. And it’s not just a set of don’ts. The author gives a lot of practical suggestions for handling food. He also is intuitive in explaining hurdles that you may face with practical suggestions.

    I have read this book before and tried following his rules and when I chose to follow them the weight came off amazingly! I lost 70 pounds working out and eating based on these rules. Not that I have come off the diet and gained it all back and then some I’m choosing to permanently follow these rules. I know they work, as long as you follow them!
