    Amazing narrating!
    The (audio)book really enlightened my views on health and more specifically food, and the traps of living in a globalized world! Darya did a really great job narrating her own book (Duh!) and it kept the reader/listener very interested in the upcoming chapters of the book. It was really my first audiobook that I completed, and now I am completely hooked – thanks to Darya! My favorite part was the interview with the founder of Instagram, Kevin Systrom, and one of his early engineers.

    i really love the philosophy of this book. It is uplifting, and a relief that dieting is not the solution, but developing and maintaining a lifelong “healthstyle”…I plan to buy the physical book and keep this as a guide/manuscript. Very practical advice on what to do – how to eat mindfully in particular.
